J’ai souvent entendu dire qu’il faut \u00eatre heureux dans la vie, que ce soit dans sa vie personnelle ou au travail. Mais qu’est-ce que le bonheur ?<\/strong>
Existe-t-il un seul et m\u00eame bonheur identique pour tous ?<\/strong> Ne sommes-nous pas tous unique ?<\/strong> Comment une recette identique pourrait-elle convenir \u00e0 tous ?<\/strong>\u00a0
Nos besoins, nos envies et nos r\u00eaves ne peuvent-ils pas changer en cours de route ?<\/strong> Et notre d\u00e9finition du bonheur \u00e9galement .\u00a0<\/p>

J’ai pass\u00e9 la premi\u00e8re moiti\u00e9 de ma vie \u00e0 poursuivre un r\u00eave qui n’\u00e9tait pas le mien, \u00e0 chercher le bonheur selon la d\u00e9finition des autres et non la mienne.<\/em><\/p>

Je suis maintenant Coach certifi\u00e9e<\/strong> (MasterCoach de l’Institut de Coaching International<\/em>), Sophrologue certifi\u00e9e<\/strong> RNCP<\/strong> (Certification de l’Ecole Fran\u00e7aise De Sophrologie – EFDS<\/em>) et Praticienne CLEEN<\/strong> (Certification de l’Institut de Coaching International<\/em>) et je suis experte en design de votre vie<\/strong> !<\/p>

Le Design de vie, Kesako ?\u00a0<\/strong>
Vous d\u00e9finissez ce dont vous avez besoin<\/strong>, ce qui est important dans votre vie<\/strong>, \u00e0 ce moment de votre vie<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/p>

Je suis convaincue que l’on a plusieurs \u00ab\u00a0vies\u00a0\u00bb dans une vie<\/strong>. Et je suis convaincue \u00e9galement de l’apprentissage tout au long de sa vie<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/p>

Depuis la fin de mes \u00e9tudes initiales (Dipl\u00f4me d’Ecole de Commerce<\/strong>), j’ai altern\u00e9 des phases d’exp\u00e9riences professionnelles avec des phases de formations dipl\u00f4mantes ou certifiantes (Licence et Master dans le domaine du Transport et de la Logistique – Formation de formateurs). J’ai travaill\u00e9 dans diff\u00e9rents domaines d’activit\u00e9 (Environnement, Transport et Logistique, Edition de logiciel, Industrie), dans lesquels j’ai pu \u00e9voluer et monter en comp\u00e9tences sur des postes de consulting\/projet.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Je suis \u00e9galement convaincue qu’il y a autant de bonheur qu’il y a de personne<\/strong> sur Terre.\u00a0<\/p>

Apr\u00e8s m’\u00eatre form\u00e9e en coaching<\/strong>, j’ai souhait\u00e9 d\u00e9velopper mes comp\u00e9tences dans la gestion des \u00e9motions.<\/strong> Je me suis alors form\u00e9e \u00e0 la technique CLEEN<\/strong> (Coaching de Lib\u00e9ration des Empreintes Emotionnelles N\u00e9gatives).\u00a0
J’ai souhait\u00e9 approfondir mes comp\u00e9tences dans la gestion des \u00e9motions, et je me suis form\u00e9e en sophrologie<\/strong>.<\/p>

Les personnes que j’accompagne appr\u00e9cient mon \u00e9coute<\/strong>, mon questionnement<\/strong> qui les aident \u00e0 prendre du recul et \u00e0 ouvrir les champs des possibles, et ma bienveillance<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
